Job summary

Motive Workforce in Covina, CA is seeking a Corporate Controller to own accounting and financial reporting across the organization in a hybrid role. You will drive a fast monthly close, consolidation, and multi-entity oversight.

You will lead a multi-entity team, oversee ASC 606 revenue recognition, WIP and intercompany eliminations, and partner with private equity sponsors and lenders to strengthen controls and drive KPI reporting and job costing improvements.
