Job summary

Talantir is seeking a hands-on Corporate Controller / VP of Finance to oversee accounting for three entities, ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting, and maintain strong internal controls while guiding payroll, AP, AR, revenue, and cash management.

The role leads month-end closes, prepares consolidated financial statements, supports audits and tax work, and drives ERP implementation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• CPA license preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in a corporate accounting role.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Private equity–backed company experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting for three entities and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Manage month-end and year-end close, AP, accruals, cash, AR, revenue, fixed assets, debt and payroll.
• Lead consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Drive ERP system implementation and optimize chart of accounts and cost centers.
• Coordinate annual audit and tax work with external accounting firm; support lender/investor reporting.
