Talantir is seeking an Assistant Controller and Cost Accountant to oversee accounting operations and financial reporting. The role partners with the CFO/VP of Finance and reports to the VP of Finance, with remote work flexibility.

The position includes cost accounting for inventory, standard cost rollups in NetSuite, and monthly KPI reporting. A CPA/CMA is preferred but not required; 5+ years in accounting and 3+ years in manufacturing cost accounting are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• 3+ years cost accounting in manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Manage month-end and year-end closes.
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and analyses.
• Coordinate budgets and forecasts with FP&A.
• Ensure revenue recognition and payroll accounting accuracy.
• Assist external audit and strengthen internal controls.
• Oversee accounts payable, equity, and general ledger processes.
• Work with Accounts Receivable on revenue recognition.
