Job summary

CloudFit Software seeks a Corporate Controller to build and scale our accounting function during a critical growth phase. This hands-on leader will own the close, strengthen controls, maintain financial-record integrity, and drive ERP-related initiatives while developing a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a complete close process and producing audited financial statements.
• Multi-state registration and apportionment experience.
• Leadership of a finance team and ERP implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close, including calendar, reconciliations, journal reviews, and budget-to-actual reporting.
• Maintain GL integrity and the finance system of record for auditor, lender, and investor scrutiny.
• Design accounting policies, segregation of duties, approval workflows, and evidence of control performance.
• Oversee vendor-master integrity and payment-fraud controls and staff education.
• Lead ERP implementation and process-improvement initiatives to streamline workflows.
