Job summary

Case-Mate is seeking a hands-on Corporate Controller to lead our accounting operations and scale financial systems for growth. You will manage a domestic and international team, own close cycles, present financials to leadership, and ensure US GAAP compliance across the business.

The role emphasizes NetSuite ERP optimization, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration with FP&A, Supply Chain, and IT to drive accurate insights and sound business decisions in a fast-moving consumer

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with leadership at Controller/Assistant Controller level.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and close processes.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP; NetSuite preferred.
• Experience in consumer products/CPG, retail, or e-commerce environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, GL, inventory, AP/AR, tax, and treasury functions.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with timely reporting.
• Prepare financial statements for executives, lenders, and auditors; manage audits.
• Develop and improve internal controls to reduce risk and improve reporting.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Supply Chain, Sales, IT to align financial systems and processes.
