Job summary

RallyX is seeking a strategic Corporate Controller to lead the financial engine of a diversified portfolio across five verticals, with a focus on construction accounting, job costing, and margin protection. The role partners with the CEO and executive leadership to guide capital planning and major business decisions.

The right candidate will own the GL, implement scalable controls, manage multi-entity reporting, and drive data-informed decisions for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience.
• Direct experience in construction accounting: job costing, WIP, revenue recognition.
• Fluency in P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, and project-level oversight.
• Strong systems thinking and a track record of building or improving financial processes and controls.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to communicate financial insight to operators and executives.
• Motivated by purpose, accountability, and building something meaningful.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and deliver consolidated statements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; drive performance insights.
• Define and report KPIs across each vertical to guide operational excellence.
• Own construction accounting operations: job costing, WIP, and revenue recognition.
• Partner with project managers to protect margin and keep job-level financials current.
• Establish accounting systems, internal controls, and scalable processes for growth.
