Job summary

Sakata Seed America, Inc. in Woodland, CA, is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to build and operate the communications function, executing a cohesive strategy across SAH entities and producing employee and executive communications.

The role blends strategy and hands-on execution, shaping channels, governance, and measurement while influencing stakeholders across functions, subsidiaries, cultures, and time zones to ensure timely, consistent messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive communications experience; 3 years leading programs.
• Professional English proficiency; additional languages welcome.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and publish leadership messages, announcements, newsletters, intranet stories, FAQs, presentations, talking points, and town hall materials.
• Develop and execute clear, timely employee and executive communications plans for enterprise priorities and major initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of all-employee town halls, including cadence, agenda, speaker prep, content, and measurement.
