Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting executives or in a high-level administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate calendars and meetings for executives.
• Draft and review communications and board materials.
• Arrange travel and manage confidential information.
• Monitor budgets and assist with governance and reporting.
