Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Chicago seeks a Social Media Manager to own the brand’s digital presence, creating short-form video content and building a vibrant online community across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and X.

You will turn brand strategy into scroll-stopping content, engage with followers, and drive awareness, growth, and traffic while reporting weekly metrics to optimize ROI. A portfolio demonstrating strategy and cutting-edge engagements is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media and 1+ years of management.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
• Demo reel/portfolio demonstrating social media strategy and cutting edge engagements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Curation: Concept, script, and produce high-quality social content (short-form video) for Reels/TikTok.
• Community Management: Engage with the community, respond to comments, manage DMs, and foster a human connection.
• Social Strategy: Develop and execute platform-specific strategies balancing brand awareness, growth, and traffic.
• Social Listening: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and cultural moments to stay relevant.
• Reporting & Insights: Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics to optimize ROI.
