365 Retail Markets is seeking an experienced Corporate Communications Specialist to drive clear, engaging communications across the organization and strengthen external presence through media relations and executive thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills for multiple audiences.
• Demonstrated experience managing internal communications within a growing or complex organization.
• Experience supporting media relations, executive communications, thought leadership, podcasts, interviews, or speaking opportunities.
• Experience developing communications for organizational change, sensitive issues, or crisis situations.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to work with senior leaders.
• Experience partnering with HR on employee communications.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the company’s internal communications strategy and day-to-day execution.
• Develop and distribute company-wide announcements, leadership updates, organizational news, and other communications via town halls and internal channels.
• Partner with HR on employee communications related to initiatives, benefits, culture, events, and programs.
• Translate complex or sensitive information into clear communications for employees.
• Develop and maintain an internal communications calendar for timely messaging.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement and connection across the organization.
• Support media relations and executive visibility efforts.
• Identify opportunities for executives to participate in podcasts, interviews, and speaking engagements.
• Manage submission of industry awards and recognition communications.
• Support communications planning for organizational changes, leadership announcements, and crises.
• Develop messaging, FAQs, talking points, and leadership communications for sensitive situations.
• Ensure messaging remains coordinated during periods of change.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Support on customer-facing communications.
• Monitor employer-review platforms and coordinate responses with stakeholders.
• Establish guidelines and escalation protocols for public communications.
