Job summary

Helion, based in Everett, WA, seeks a Corporate Communications Specialist to drive internal and external communications during rapid progress. You will manage high-visibility programs, including the weekly newsletter, monthly town halls, executive communications, speaking engagements, media relations, and major company announcements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate communications, internal comms, PR, journalism, or related field.
• Ability to adapt content for executives, audiences, and channels.
• Experience managing recurring comms programs and complex projects with multiple contributors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal comms programs such as newsletters and town halls.
• Manage internal comms calendar and inbound requests, align audiences and channels.
• Draft and edit executive communications across voices and audiences.
• Coordinate external speaking engagements and preparation for submissions.
• Partner with science, engineering, operations, policy and People teams to uncover stories.
• Track performance and use feedback to improve programs over time.
