Supernal is seeking a versatile Communications Manager to align internal narrative and protect corporate identity across U.S. and Group stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, internal communications or related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered).
• Aviation, aerospace, tech or startup experience highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience with Atlassian Confluence, and LinkedIn preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing organizational needs.
• Familiarity with audio and visual creation.
• Excellent graphic design skills for presentation material preferred.
• Fluency in Korean to facilitate direct collaboration with key stakeholders in Korea considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic evolution of internal corporate narrative and messaging for focused engineering mission.
• Draft high-stakes messaging, briefing materials, and corporate talking points for executive leadership.
• Partner with operations, corporate strategy, and engineering teams to execute cross-functional communication plans.
• Manage communication assets, including presentation design standards, templates, and internal libraries.
• Coordinate and execute internal events such as Town Halls, fireside chats, and technical briefings.
• Identify storytelling opportunities to reinforce a value‑driven, people‑centered culture.
• Write, edit, and produce high‑quality content for internal channels and corporate platforms.
• Interface with Hyundai Motor Group stakeholders to align on Group initiatives.
• Collaborate with Legal and HR on change management and reputation protection.
• Establish and monitor communication metrics to analyze alignment and engagement.
• Handle additional organizational or administrative projects as assigned.
