Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Corporate Banking Associate in Charlotte, NC, to support senior bankers with client coverage and execution across lending, treasury, and capital markets. The role emphasizes financial analytics, relationship development, and coordinated product delivery for large-scale clients with revenues of $500M and above.

Ideal candidates have a finance-related degree, 3 years of corporate banking or related experience, and FINRA licenses (79/63) or the ability to obtain them

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Three years of relevant corporate banking or related experience.
• Licenses: FINRA 79 and 63 or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Supports origination, structuring, and execution of credit and capital markets transactions.
• Develops client materials including company overviews and financing alternatives.
• Builds financial models, cash flow, debt capacity, and valuation analyses.
• Coordinates with product partners across Treasury Management, Capital Markets and Risk.
