Job summary

PCSI is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the corporate Accounting team and serve as a key partner and review layer supporting the VP of Finance & Controller. You’ll guide the month-end close, oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, accounting controls, and fixed assets.

You’ll also lead and develop the accounting team while helping improve processes across the function. We're looking for a collaborative leader who can develop the team and strengthen accounting processes that

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; related experience will be considered.
• Minimum seven (7) years of progressive accounting experience including close, reporting and audits.
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or management experience with staff development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/general-ledger and financial-reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and schedules.
• Review and approve journal entries with proper segregation of duties.
• Oversee reconciliations for balance-sheet, bank, subledger, and fixed assets.
• Coordinate financial statements, audits, and regulatory support with the Controller.
• Lead process improvements and cross-functional collaboration to enhance reporting.
