Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager – Corporate Accounting in Palos Heights. This hybrid role oversees the Corporate Accounting team and shared services, with wide collaboration across departments. Salary ranges from $130,000 to $140,000 with bonus potential.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in accounting, CPA preferred, strong US GAAP expertise, and SOX familiarity. You will drive process improvements and manage month-end closes for multiple entities.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of accounting experience with a demonstrated track record of managing teams.
• Strong foundation in accounting with a bachelor’s degree and CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, analysis and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Corporate Accounting team, including two Senior Accountants and 10+ staff in the shared services accounting team.
• Oversee month-end closing for the Corporate office and domestic holding companies, including intercompany allocations and pension-related activities.
• Review and approve journal entries and GL reconciliations prepared by teams; implement continuous improvement initiatives.
