Job summary

CFS is partnering with a publicly traded organization to hire a Corporate Accounting Manager in Milwaukee. The role leads the month-end close, ensures GAAP and SEC compliance, and guides a high-performing accounting team. Competitive compensation and strong bonus potential accompany the position.

The ideal candidate has a CPA (or pursuing) and 7+ years in accounting, with Big Four or Top 10 firm experience preferred. Hybrid work with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 7+ years of accounting experience required.
• CPA required or pursuing.
• Experience in Public Accounting (BIG4) or Top 10 firms or mix of public/private preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close in accordance with GAAP & SEC Regulations.
• Lead and manage the accounting team.
• Prepare and manage financial reporting and quarterly statements.
• Other duties as assigned.

• As the Manager, you will be responsible for leading the month-end close in accordance with GAAP & SEC Regulations
• Lead and Manage your team
• Financial Reporting Month-End Close Tasks - Quarterly Financial Statements
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications For The Corporate Accounting Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
• 7+ years of experience
• CPA Required or currently pursuing
• Straight from Public Accounting (BIG4) or Top 10 CPA Firm or Combination of Public/Private Industry
• Compensation: $150,000 - $160,000 Base + Bonus
