Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A CPA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate accounting or related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in consolidations and experience with complex organizational structures.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles.
• Exceptional analytical skills in financial reporting.
• High proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a dedication to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities.
• Managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Enhancing and maintaining the accounting system, procedures, and policies.
• Leading the preparation of financial reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for financial insights.
• Ensuring compliance with financial legal requirements.
• Mentoring, coaching, and developing accounting staff.
