The role involves overseeing financial close processes and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP while collaborating cross-functionally. Applicants should have at least 3 years of accounting experience and a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies.
• Drive resolution of reconciling items and variances.

Skills

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards

Experience with ERP systems

Experience supporting Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Education

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA or equivalent certification
