Job summary

CP Group, a leading Boca Raton-based real estate and management firm, seeks a Corporate Accountant to manage the corporate books and support CFO-led initiatives. You’ll own journal entries, bank activities, and consolidation workpapers while collaborating with Accounting, Property Management, and Corporate teams.

The role emphasizes process improvement and leveraging technology to drive efficiencies across finance operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years accounting/bookkeeping exposure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with MRI preferred.
• Passion for using technology to create efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full corporate accounting cycle.
• Prepare and initiate wires; upload journal entries for consolidation.
• Review and code invoices; support corporate expenditures.
• Maintain real-time cash balance and forecast to inform leadership.
• Bill fees to properties and track fee collections with Property Management.
