Diversified Services Network, Inc. seeks a Project Manager (Core Component Strategy Co-Lead) for full-time, onsite work in Lafayette, IN or Mossville, IL.

You will partner with the Core Component Strategy Lead to develop and communicate global capacity strategies supporting both company-branded and non-branded products. You will align planning inputs, track execution, assess risks, and prepare executive summaries to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; ability to generate Power BI reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized and collaborative.

Responsabilités

• Maintain global component capacity strategies and maps, updating as conditions evolve.
• Partner with NSI leads to track project execution against capacity strategy.
• Assess strategic impact of delays, scope changes, demand shifts, and supplier constraints; develop recommendations.
• Maintain and integrate planning inputs (HMBW, supplier agreements, project plans, capacity assumptions).
• Facilitate and participate in supplier and internal planning meetings to understand capacity commitments and changes.
• Identify gaps between planned capacity and business requirements.
• Mine and extract planning data to build reports supporting strategy assessments and decisions.
• Communicate capacity strategy, status, risks, and actions for all levels, including executive summaries.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, SDE, Manufacturing, PMO and other partners.
