Job summary

GadellNet Consulting Services, LLC. is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead day-to-day operations and translate the CEO’s strategic vision into concrete quarterly plans and measurable goals.

You will drive operational excellence, profitability, and client satisfaction across markets, partnering with the Integrator and CEO to align teams and execution. The ideal candidate has 5+ years at senior operations leadership, MSP or tech services experience, and a track record of building scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive operations leadership at senior level (COO/VP Operations)
• MSP or managed services experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field; MBA/master’s preferred
• Must be located in Denver, St. Louis, or Indianapolis areas

Responsibilities

• Provide executive operational leadership across service delivery, project management, procurement, and cybersecurity.
• Translate CEO vision into quarterly Rocks, scorecards, and operating plans.
• Build and scale high-performing technical services teams across markets.
• Own labor economics, capacity, utilization, and staffing models; inform pricing decisions.
• Establish KPIs to measure operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Partner with CEO and Integrator to execute on short- and long-term company goals.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
