Job summary

GadellNet Consulting Services is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to turn strategic direction into concrete operating plans. You will lead day-to-day operations, partner with the Integrator, and drive execution across service delivery, cybersecurity, and project management to support growth in Denver, St.

Louis, and Indianapolis. The role demands 5+ years of senior operations leadership, MSP or recurring‑revenue experience, and a strong command of labor-cost economics, capacity, and staffing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive operations leadership with senior roles (COO, VP Operations, GM, or comparable).
• 5+ years in an MSP or comparable recurring‑revenue professional services firm; MSP experience preferred.
• Experience with labor-cost unit economics, capacity, utilization, and staffing models.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field; MBA or master’s preferred; Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Must be located within the Denver, St. Louis, and Indianapolis areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across service delivery, project management, procurement, and cybersecurity; drive consistent leadership performance.
• Translate CEO vision into quarterly Rocks, scorecards, and operating plans for the Operations team.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for profitability, service quality, and customer satisfaction; enforce accountability.
• Own unit economics, capacity planning, and staffing models to guide pricing and hiring decisions.
• Scale the team with systems and bench strength to support growth across markets.
• Partner with the CEO, Integrator, and Executive Team to meet short- and long-term company goals.
