• Proven ability to scale teams, processes, and operating infra.
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, margins, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for company operations.
• Translate strategy into measurable operational objectives and execution plans.
• Lead construction operations across multiple projects and functions.
• Establish operational standards for safety, quality, schedule, productivity, and profitability.
• Develop and mentor senior operational leaders including Project Executives and Managers.
• Oversee project performance including financials, schedules, and risk management.
• Establish meaningful KPIs and accountability across the organization.
• Collaborate across preconstruction, operations, finance, and leadership.
