Job summary

RFE Investment Partners is seeking a hands-on Chief Operating Officer for a leading residential services company in the Southwest. Reporting to the CEO, the COO will lead day-to-day operations and build the systems, processes, and talent required to scale the business.

The role focuses on growing a B2C, asset-light model across markets and acquisitions, ensuring service quality and strong unit economics while partnering with sales and marketing to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Proven COO or senior operations leader in a growth environment.
• Experience scaling a business from $50M toward $250M+ in sales.
• Background in B2C, asset-light, multi-location or field-services.
• Strong sales & marketing to drive revenue growth.
• Experience with PE-backed buy-and-build strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and drive financial performance.
• Build scalable processes, systems, and metrics for growth.
• Scale asset-light field operations across markets while maintaining unit economics.
• Partner with sales and marketing to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Support M&A activity and integrate acquisitions into the platform.
• Build and develop a high-performing operating team.
