Job summary

WITCO INC, a mission-driven nonprofit organization, seeks a Chief Operations Officer to lead the delivery of community services and ensure high-quality program performance in southwest Idaho and eastern Oregon. The COO will oversee budgets, staff, and compliance, while building coalitions with local partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Public Administration, Community Services, Social Work, or a related field, master's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational leadership and management skills with a track record of success in a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in strategic planning, program management, and organizational development.
• Strong background in budget management and financial oversight
• Strong background in program development and implementation
• Excellent leadership and project management skills
• Working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations for disability rehabilitation programs
• Demonstrated record of commitment to organizational mission and values

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of community services programs, including budgets, staffing and programmatic outcomes
• Provide supervision and mentorship to program staff
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
• Develop and manage the annual operating budget for community services programs
• Establish and maintain partnerships with local government, community organizations, and businesses
• Represent the organization at public meetings and events, and act as a spokesperson for the organization
• Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion of community services programs
