Job summary

Waterfall Community Health Center is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead clinic operations, HR, facilities, and IT, in partnership with the CEO. The role focuses on efficiency, safety, compliance, and high-quality patient care across all sites.

In a dyad with the CMO, the COO will align operational performance with strategic goals, drive 340B compliance, and manage budgetary controls while supporting Waterfall Clinic’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or similar field.
• MBA, MHA or similar with strong analytical base preferred.
• Minimum two years in a health care org with FQHC-like setting desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative oversight of clinic operations, HR, facilities and IT.
• Lead day-to-day operations and supervise service delivery across sites.
• Develop and implement operating policies and procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and 340B program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with executive team to meet financial goals and mission.
