Job summary

USP Management, Inc. in Fort Lee, New Jersey, is creating a Chief Operating Officer role to lead day-to-day operations and be the senior operating executive reporting to the President.

The COO will guide department heads, define operating plans and budgets, and drive performance metrics and internal controls. The role demands extensive cross-functional leadership across supply chain, finance, IT, HR, and sales, with strategic input on budgeting, risk, and M&A preparation.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience at senior level with company-wide accountability.
• Fluency in English and Korean.
• Experience leading multiple departments (supply chain, finance, IT, HR, sales, customer service, or administration).
• P&L management, budgeting, cost control, and working capital management.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations and serve as the primary decision point for cross-functional operating matters.
• Lead, coach department heads and establish objectives, accountability and decision rights.
• Translate priorities into operating plans, budgets, milestones, owners and measurable targets.
• Establish a disciplined management cadence with dashboards, KPIs and reporting.
• Support M&A preparation and interactions with ownership, banks and advisors.
