Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (construction/operations/business).
• 15+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.
• Experience leading a complex project-based, engineer-to-order construction or architectural products organization.
• Executive leadership with responsibility for multiple operating functions.
• Proven ability to build leadership capability, talent, and accountability for results.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across Project Management, Engineering, Materials, Manufacturing, and Field Operations.
• Own the enterprise operating plan from turnover through installation and closeout across multiple locations and remote workforce.
• Drive profitability, schedule performance, cash flow, and customer outcomes.
• Translate strategy and financial plans into executable operating plans and forecasts.
• Establish cross-functional accountability and operational discipline.
