CUI Agency is seeking a Chief Operating Officer / Integrator to lead a fast-growing, people-centric organization in Murray, UT. You will scale operations, align leadership, and drive profitability with a structured EOS® operating rhythm.

A strong developer of leaders and a capable strategist will thrive here. You will own cross-functional coordination across sales, service, finance, HR, and client delivery, ensuring clear accountability and sustainable growth while preserving culture and values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior leadership experience running a fast-growing company or division.
• Experience managing a P&L and using financial data to guide profitability.
• Cross-functional leadership across sales, finance, HR, and client service.
• Experience developing managers and senior leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Experience scaling a business by building people, processes, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Build a trusted Visionary / Integrator partnership turning vision into company-wide priorities, decisions, and results.
• Create a leadership team that is aligned, cohesive, accountable, and rowing in the same direction.
• Move the company toward working on the business with leaders taking ownership of broader outcomes.
• Develop leaders who bring greater judgment, accountability, and responsibility.
• Establish the right people in the right seats to support continued growth.
• Create an EOS® operating rhythm with clear priorities, visible goals, and steady follow-through.
• Build the people, processes, technology, and playbooks needed for a larger, more complex, profitable company.
• Make systems and technology decisions that improve effectiveness now and for years ahead.
• Maintain clear visibility into financial performance and growth-shaping decisions.
• Strengthen coordination across sales, service, finance, HR, and other functions.
