Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in marketing agencies, primarily at creative and/or social agencies.
• Experience partnering with founders to scale operations.
• EOS integrator experience is a big plus.
• Strong in P&L planning and margin management.
• Ability to lead across high-growth, multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and implement transformation and growth initiatives.
• Scale team capacity to match client growth and improve processes.
• Align cross-functional functions toward set goals and priorities.
