Job summary

Kmh Llp, a professional services firm based in Honolulu, seeks a Chief Operating and Financial Officer to lead finance, operations, IT, HR and talent acquisition, reporting to the Executive Committee.

This senior executive will guide strategic planning, process improvement and cross-functional initiatives to support growth and exceptional client service. Base compensation is $150,000 to $175,000 with a discretionary bonus program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business is required.
• 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience.
• CPA or PMP credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of finance and accounting, office administration and operations, IT and cybersecurity, HR and talent acquisition.
• Lead operational planning, process improvement and cross-functional initiatives to support growth and client service.
