Job summary

KMH LLP seeks a Chief Operating and Financial Officer to lead finance, operations, IT, HR and talent acquisition for a professional services firm in Honolulu, HI.

You will report to the Executive Committee, drive strategic planning, process improvements and cross-functional initiatives to support growth, client service, and governance. A BA in business and 10–15 years of leadership is required; CPA or PMP credentials preferred with a base salary of $150,000–$175,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business.
• 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience in a professional services environment.
• CPA or PMP credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance and accounting, office administration and operations, IT and cybersecurity, human resources, and talent acquisition.
• Lead operational planning, process improvement and cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with ownership and senior leadership to drive growth and client service.
