Atrium Hospitality is seeking an Event Services professional to join the Southfield Westin team in Southfield, MI. The role focuses on crafting memorable events, coordinating banquet operations, and driving revenue through proactive client engagement.

With 2+ years of event services experience, you will manage BEOs, CRM workflows and on-site execution, ensuring seamless experiences for clients and guests while collaborating with sales, marketing and hotel leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of event services experience.
• Proficient with BEOs, diagramming tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to craft detailed, unforgettable event experiences.
• Lead banquet coordination with timely BEO creation and distribution.
• Drive revenue through upselling and proactive client communication.
• Monitor guestroom blocks and contracts to prevent attrition charges.
• Manage payments from start to finish with clear invoices.
• Lead site tours, participate in pre/post-event meetings and on-site execution.
• Support Sales and Marketing with activities and revenue checks.
