Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred.

• Good communication with guests.
• Physically able to lift luggage and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth during check-in/out and assist with luggage.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel features and amenities.
• Run errands, assist with valet or transportation needs, deliver packages.
• Keep lobby and front drive clean and guest-ready.
• Assist with storing luggage and responding to guest requests.
