Eppendorf North America, Inc. is seeking a Head of Controlling for the Market Region Americas to steer regional financial performance across all segments and to partner with regional management on pricing, investments, and profitability.

The role leads planning, forecasting, and monthly analyses, while overseeing month‑end close, management reporting, and KPI development. Travel within the Americas and to Hamburg is expected, with a strong emphasis on partnering with leadership and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a comparable field.
• Master’s/MBA, CPA, CMA or an equivalent additional qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Controlling, FP&A or Finance Management.
• 5+ years with responsibility for a leadership team enabling you to steer a business of similar size and complexity.
• Proven track record in international B2B environment with combined product and service revenue streams.
• Preferred experience in life science, medical technology, industrial instruments or a comparable industry.
• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, cost accounting, standard costing and transfer pricing, SAP FI/CO (S/4HANA) and strong reporting/analytics tools.
• Intercultural collaboration in an international matrix organization; fluent English; travel in Americas and to Hamburg.
