RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Senior Associate, HR Controlling to join the HR & Management Support Function Controlling team. You will own FTE and personnel cost planning, deliver high-quality monthly executive reporting, and partner with HR and leadership on workforce initiatives in a fast-growing Renewables environment.

This role provides exposure to the C-suite and international collaboration. Strong analytical, Excel, and data-driven optimization skills are essential for driving cost

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business; advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in Accounting, Controlling, FP&A or related Finance fields.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel; SAP/PeopleSoft/Tableau/Power BI a plus.
• Fluent English; German a plus; international exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own HR Controlling FP&A topics and deliver monthly executive reports and ad hoc analyses.
• Develop and maintain FTE and personnel cost planning, monitoring against budget.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare materials for Senior Management and Board meetings and provide decision support.
• Implement tools to streamline large data handling and improve data quality.
