Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Finance Lead to oversee the Americas accounting function from Wisconsin, Florida, or Texas. You will drive month-end close, financial reporting, and regional statutory accounts while partnering with global finance and shared services.

In this role you will lead the regional accounting team, design controls, and ensure accurate revenue and expense accruals, payroll, and close processes. A strong accounting foundation and business partner mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Solid experience managing month end close, including reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and asset accounting.
• Experience supervising accounting staff.
• Working knowledge of internal controls and regional statutory reporting.
• Experience reporting results against budget and forecast.
• Exposure to acquisitions or integration activity is a plus.
• Based in Wisconsin, Florida, or Texas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the regional accounting team in month end close and reconciliations.
• Lead a 3–5 day regional month end close cycle.
• Own the regional internal control framework and ensure controls are effective.
• Partner with shared services at month end to ensure revenue/expense accruals and payroll accuracy.
• Oversee posting and verification of financial data for accounting records.
• Ensure analysis and reporting comply with accounting policies.
• Report monthly results against budget and forecast.
• Own regional statutory accounts.
• Establish and implement productivity and quality standards.
• Support integration activity during growth, including onboarding of vendors/customers.
