Job summary

Eppendorf seeks a strategic Head of Controlling, ENA, to steer financial performance across the Americas. You will lead planning, forecasting, and reporting for sales, marketing, service and administration, partnering with leadership to optimize profitability and drive value.

You will manage monthly closes, variance analyses, and business cases for growth initiatives while collaborating with global teams. A strong background in IFRS/US GAAP and SAP is required, with travel across regions as

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Controlling, FP&A or Finance Management.
• 5+ years leading a regional/large-scale finance team.
• International B2B exposure with product and service revenue streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional planning and forecasting across sales, marketing, service and admin.
• Oversee month-end close, accruals/deferrals, and management reporting.
• Provide performance insights with KPI review and corrective actions.
• Partner with corporate to align regional targets with group plans.
• Drive profitability analyses by segment, product line, and channel.
