Job summary

Axon Enterprise seeks a versatile finance leader to partner with the Chief Accounting Officer, drive strategic priorities, and manage the controllership budget. This hybrid role bases in US hubs, with in-person Tuesdays–Fridays and optional remote Mondays.

You will analyze data, prepare executive briefings, and lead cross‑functional initiatives to accelerate growth while maintaining strong governance and performance insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations.
• Experience in FP&A, consulting, M&A, or business partnership is desirable.
• Proven track record building and implementing new processes.
• Ambiguity-ready with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to the CAO and drive department priorities.
• Synthesize information and prepare executive briefings and materials.
• Lead strategic initiatives including finance transformation and system upgrades.
• Analyze financial and operational data to surface recommendations.
• Own annual controllership operating expense budget and KPIs.
