Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in tax within finance and accounting leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in private equity, real estate, international operations, asset management, trusts & estates, or multi-entity environments.
• Ability to learn and understand international tax.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all accounting operations.
• Build and manage annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Lead monthly and annual financial reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and financial risk.
• Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements with deep ownership of tax strategy.
• Manage personal and business tax preparation and compliance with external firm.
• Develop tax strategies to optimize outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance across entities.
