Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in tax within finance and accounting leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in private equity, real estate, international operations, asset management, trusts & estates, or multi-entity environments.
• Ability to learn and understand international tax.

We Are Looking for Someone Who Can:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of accounting operations.
• Build and manage annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Lead monthly and annual financial reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and financial risk.
• Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements, with deep ownership of tax strategy and compliance.
• Manage personal and business tax preparation and compliance with a final hand-off to external accounting firm.
• Develop tax strategies to optimize outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance across entities.

Ideal Background

• 8+ years of progressive experience in tax within finance and accounting leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: private equity, real estate, international operations, asset management, trusts & estates, or multi-entity financial environments.
• Self-starter who wants to make a difference in others' lives and has the ability to learn and understand international tax.
