Job summary

Claritas Rx in South San Francisco is seeking a Controller to own accounting operations, close processes, payroll, tax compliance, and ASC 606/IFRS 15, guiding the company through a fast-paced revenue cycle.

You will lead a growing finance team, drive continuous improvements, manage NetSuite and related systems, and collaborate with Revenue Operations and Legal on contract terms and revenue conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Proven Controller or Senior Accounting Manager experience in SaaS or recurring‑revenue businesses (PE‑backed preferred).
• Mastery of NetSuite and related accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control all accounting operations and month-, quarter-, and year-end closes.
• Ensure ASC 606/IFRS 15 revenue recognition compliance for complex revenue streams.
• Own cash management, internal controls, and risk management initiatives.
• Lead external audits and coordinate with tax and valuation providers.
• Mentor and grow the accounting team and drive process improvements.
