Claritas Rx LLC is seeking a high‑caliber Controller to own all accounting operations, month‑end close, payroll, AP/AR, and tax compliance in a fast‑paced, PE‑backed SaaS environment. The Controller is responsible for all aspects of accounting operations, month‑end close, payroll, AP/AR, tax compliance, and technical accounting under ASC 606/IFRS 15. This role will lead continuous process improvement, implement scalable controls, and act as a key finance partner in a fast‑paced environment. We are looking for a proactive owner — someone who takes an overall interest in the business, continuously improves workflows and reconciliations, and can master a complex billing and revenue cycle.
