Qualifications

• Seasoned accounting professional with leadership experience in a finance function.
• Strong grasp of month-end close, reconciliations, and GAAP.
• Proven ability to build and mentor an accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and general ledger.
• Manage month-end and year-end close, and prepare financial statements.
• Oversee case-cost accounting, trust/IOLTA accounting, and disbursements.
• Maintain strong internal controls and audit-ready records.
• Prepare recurring financial reporting for CFO and executives.
• Partner with CFO on budgeting, analysis, and process improvements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team.
