Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience; experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of legal billing, trust accounting, and client cost recovery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing accounting personnel including AP, AR, Trust Accounting, and Bookkeeping positions.
• Prepare financial reports for firm leadership, including P&L statements and cash flow forecasts.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls and financial policies.
