Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking an accomplished Controller to connect financial performance with daily operations across Florida. You will partner with leaders, analyze performance, and strengthen forecasting and controls while guiding a finance team.

We value CPA, MBA and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, along with experience in multi-location environments. Relocation assistance may be available as the company grows with the Southeast region.

Qualifications

Strong accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical experience.
Experience leading and developing accounting or finance professionals.
Ability to translate complex financial information into clear business insights.
Strong operational and business acumen.
Experience partnering with senior business and operational leaders.
Understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting.
Advanced Excel and ERP/financial systems experience.
Collaborative leadership style and accountability.
Experience in multi-location or complex operations; waste/transport/logistics a plus.
CPA, MBA and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities valued.

Responsibilities
