Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience leading accounting teams in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• ERP experience (NetSuite a plus).
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• Public accounting, retail, or multi-location experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations under US GAAP.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Drive process improvements across accounting operations, reporting, reconciliations, and fixed assets.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic financial planning.
• Manage external audits and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team.
• Support a multi-entity business with financial insights to drive growth and operational excellence.
