Job summary

You'll lead all accounting operations under US GAAP, oversee close cycles, strengthen internal controls, mentor a high-performing team, and collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and audits across multiple entities to enable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience leading accounting teams in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• ERP experience (NetSuite a plus).
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• Public accounting, retail, or multi-location experience desirable.
