Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Minimum 10+ years' experience in accounting/finance.
• Experience with accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to lead financial policy, controls, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial and business management, including policy development and reporting.
• Oversee accounting activities: reconciliations, audits, and external reporting.
• Manage risk and compliance, licenses, and insurance-related requirements.
• Direct human resources, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Build and mentor the accounting staff; enforce confidentiality of financial data.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and performance management across projects.
