Job summary

CCR Technologies in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks an experienced Controller to oversee accounting operations for the holding company and its operating entities. You will lead accounts payable and receivable, treasury, controls, and the monthly close.

You will partner with the CFO to improve working capital, deliver consolidated financial reporting, and support audits, while building a scalable, compliant finance function across multiple companies.

Qualifications

• Progressive accounting experience including month-end close, financial reporting and general ledger management.
• Experience overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including cash application and vendor management.
• Experience in multi-entity holding company environments with consolidated financial reporting.
• Experience partnering with senior finance leadership to support audits and controls.
• Experience establishing or scaling accounting processes and internal controls.
• Familiarity with accounting systems supporting multiple companies or entities.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations across a holding company and portfolio of operating businesses.
• Own accounts payable and accounts receivable, improving cash flow visibility and working capital management.
• Establish standardized accounting processes and internal controls for multiple entities.
• Partner with the CFO to support monthly close, consolidated reporting, budgeting, and audits.
• Build and mentor accounting team members, fostering accountability and growth.
• Improve financial discipline and data integrity to enable informed decision-making.
